One of the largest buildings in the area, Hawthorns House is home to a number of companies who make use of the leased office space of this 1960s building. One of the UK’s leading franchise companies, Chemex International Ltd, is based here.
The car park is often used when matches are held at The Hawthorns and during the day there is a café within the grounds of the car park. To the rear of the estate there are several large industrial units.
This is a good location for companies needing quick access to the centre of Birmingham or the M5 and M6 motorways.
