Dudley

Dudley

From past to present, Dudley has it all. The modern shopping complex at Merry Hill is one of the borough’s most popular destinations. The Waterfront at Merry Hill is now bristling with new modern office blocks and amenities. However, the famous Dudley Castle and Dudley Zoo are still popular with visitors and the Black Country Living Museum is a must on your list of places to visit. The museum and art gallery, Himley Hall, and the Glass Museum at Kingswinford should also be on your agenda.

Once at the centre of the Industrial Revolution, the transport links for canal, railway, and road were among the best in the country. Now part of the regeneration of the Black Country, Dudley looks forward to its future as new centres of excellence, leisure facilities, and business accommodation spring up across the region.
