Hyatt Hotel
The Hyatt Regency Birmingham, located on the corner of Bridge Street and Broad Street, was purpose built as part of the wider redevelopment of the area. The hotel is directly connected by a pedestrian bridge to the International Convention Centre.
The building stands at a height of 75 metres and is a prominent city landmark, recognised for its distinctive glass façade. Built in partnership with Birmingham City Council and the Hyatt Corporation, the hotel originally cost £37 million to construct.
In 2002, the hotel was sold to London Plaza Hotels, although it continues to be managed by Hyatt Regency Birmingham. Situated in the heart of the city, this luxury hotel offers all the facilities expected by international visitors, as well as those travelling for business or leisure.
With its luxury accommodation, including an exclusive Presidential Suite, the upper floors provide impressive panoramic views across the city of Birmingham.
