Cotteridge

Cotteridge used to be part of the Parish of Kings Norton. In 1911 Cotteridge was incorporated into the city of Birmingham. Cotteridge is located near Stirchley, Kings Norton and Bournville. The Pershore Road through Stirchley leads into Cotteridge.

Cotteridge has a thriving community of small retailers and whilst many of the shops tend to be run down and dilapidated, improvements are being made. The housing in Cotteridge consists of mainly 1900’s Victorian construction and this is a well established area of Birmingham.
