Chung Ying

The Chung Ying Cantonese restaurant in Birmingham’s Chinatown has been a
popular and well known restaurant since 1981, well before Chinatown
became fully established.

The award winning restaurant can be found opposite the Arcadian Centre at
the heart of the Chinese Quarter. It is a popular choice for business
delegates and private parties.

Nothing is left to chance here. The food is always consistantly good as is the
service. The restaurant has a strong following of regulars and it
scores well in the review tables.

The Chung Ying Garden is the sister restaurant of the Chung Ying. It was
opened in 1987 and is only a short walk away from the Chung Ying.

Whilst the restaurant is popular with tourists and regulars in the
know, it is also a favourite of many local Chinese businessmen and
families. The reviews suggest that this is probably the best Chinese
restaurant in the West Midlands.

The menu is phenomenal and almost every type of Chinese food can be
found here. The restaurant has 380 covers making it perfectly capable
of hosting large parties. It is divided into two levels for Chinese and
European tastes.
